The 2025 NY Scottish Ball will benefit the New York Caledonian Club. The Club is a non-profit organization established in 1856 providing Scots, Scottish-Americans, and anyone with an interest in Scotland, the opportunity to be immersed in authentic Scottish culture. The New York Caledonian Club also organizes many Scottish cultural activities and events throughout the year including Gaelic instruction and Bagpipe playing lessons.

You and a guest will enjoy an upcoming performance of the American Classical Orchestra at Alice Tully Hall. The ACO is devoting to preserving and promoting the repertoire of 17th, 18th, and 19th century composers. Music is played on original instruments using historic performance techniques.

Helmed by James Clements and Sam Hood, the The Neighbors has been producing cutting edge international-themed plays and readings. They have performed all over NY City and received a number of prizes and grants. The winner will receive a certificate good for 4 tickets to an upcoming production for the current season. 
"Beauty Freak" is a source-based multimedia play exploring the complex legacy of the German filmmaker Leni Riefenstahl. Her most significant films, made in the 1930s, altered the course of modern cinema, but were made in the service of, and funded by, the Nazi Party. This play is specifically focused on the production of her 1938 film, “Olympia,” centering on the 1936 Berlin Olympics: Act I is set during the preparations for the Olympics, and Act II during her U.S. publicity tour in 1938, during which the events of Kristallnacht unfolded. “Beauty Freak” is a provocative piece, featuring innovative technical design, aiming to make audiences think critically about the importance of democracy and free speech.
